I have to buy 16 friends and family gifts for Christmas. My budget is maximum $600 what do I do, give them $40 cash each or buy them something.

Money is not the same as a gift, my feelings on this. And giving some thing to charity is good but giving family gifts is a nice thought at Xmass.
