I haven't sucked on a juul since mid August, completely off the nicotine. Been going to pulmonary rehab twice each week for 6 weeks now and that's supposed to run until around mid February. Mid November I'm supposed to schedule an appointment for myself and my support person with the shrink that's part of the transplant assessment which will happen in February providing the shrink gives me her OK. I guess that'll give me 3 month to fix any other issues the shrink might nitpick on. A support person is one of the requirements as well as financial and social stability, etc. WTF ever. Just going thru all the hoops here while trying to breathe. LOL

Honestly as a smoker and vap guy I need to stop both before I ruin my lungs, my father has COPD, my mother has pulmonary disease and they are in their early 60's. Stop the vap it's not as bad as smoking but it still is bad. God luck to you and a long healthy life a head.

That's just to get assessed to get on the waiting list. Providing I make the list, then I'll be on standby waiting on a matching set of lungs. Someone else has to die first.
