why can this industry not get a real paypal style payment alternative in place?

I have the Paypal Prepaid Mastercard and that's the best card/payment option I've ever used. Paypal transfer to my card is instant and I can get cash back. If I need a direct deposit, it also has routing numbers to use. The only down side is that the Paypal to card transfer is $300/day and $2000/month limit, but you can get around it with regular bank transfers.
Then the other day, Major League Gaming sent me a Paypal payment for winning a random free money tournament, but to the wrong email because my brother messed it up lol, but I just made a new account with the email that it was sent to and got it in my real account in like a minute. :)
