It was a Sunday tradition in my home until I left at 18.
I sent my children when they were young, on the days they wanted to go. I went with them, when they insisted or I could tell they wanted me too.

I think we have been discussing whether the Bible is accurate to history.
I watched another Bible documentary yesterday, possible more main stream, but not Discovery Channel. On Netflix.

More scientist seem to be proving/agreeing that the original texts of the Bible are very accurate. Possibly in the wrong order, with a lot missing. Remember some of those documents lived through a flood so massive that almost every society that was keeping track then, wrote about a flood. At the same time.

If the Bible is real, the point of the book is to teach us to live better and get along.
