Nope and all that trouble to resell used condoms, had they put their creative minds together and come up with a real business idea they would probably be making money today not behind bars.

Which anyone in their right mind would not buy and wear but that is another story in itself. When I buy new packaged underwear I won't wear the until i wash them first.
