I remember them I never used them but I do recall hearing they ended up bailing out on a lot of affiliates. There were so few programs back then, out of curiosity do you remember Dean Shannon, Playgal and Intergal. And one more Xpics.com who were paying 18 cents a unique and had days they'd pay 25 cents a unique hit. Those days when it was all about paying for clicks and popunders not conversions.
