If your host disappeared overnight

This is something I worry about all the time but the problem we have is there is over 10Tb of content on on our servers

Our host does daily backups and we have another weekly backup on a NAS drive in the office but the last time we tried to do a full FTP download, it took nearly 5 weeks to complete. By which time it was out of date LOL

Not wishing it upon you but what will you do if they just close one day without warning?

Here is exactly how it would go.

I'll be yelling, drinking and calling my back up host to get the backup zip files from the day before activated.
Maximum down time would be a few hours.
