2021was not the best year for Pornhub, they had a few bad press days. But when you are the biggest porn site you will get some hate press.

It was a bit more than bad press. Mastercard has withdrawn their merchant account and stopped any of their 3rd party billers from dealing with them.

The only way you can join pornhub now is via wire transfer or with bitcoin

I know a few producers on there and apparently business has really dried up since this happened

Paypal was an option because they were using Epoch as their billing processor. Thats the only way Paypal will deal with adult sites is via Epoch (as I understand it)

Anyway Epoch is a 3rd party biller and Mastercard wont tolerate them dealing with Pornhub anymore.

Mastercard really seems to have gone out of their way to destroy pornhub. Obviously Pornhub still has their add income and they're affiliate income (they're an affiliate of ours) but a big chunk of their business was the membership side which has all but died
