with the recent FCA freezing and then unfreezing of Wirecard credit cards Payoneer is working on finding other banks to use in place of Wire card. Good plan on their part.

In America the problem is that people are not active in what is really going on in the government and people are not active in taking control in what is going on in the government.

High risk is one part of the issue. But we must ask each other why it is high risk. It is high risk due to the amount of corruption on the part of the businesses and the users.
For those that know me, then you know I have been doing this for a while. I have been to industrial shows where company reps are opening complaining that the credit card companies were starting to enforce the terms of use. Specifically in the case I am remembering, they were charging the cards for several site/memberships at the same time, with only a tiny almost hidden term. Thus people were receiving multiple "unknown" charges are their cards. Thus pissing of the CC customer/users and increasing charge backs and fraud reports.

It would be like you buying socks on Amazon.com and then in 7 days, Amazon charges you for a t-shirt, but does not send you the t-shirt, unless you come to the site and put in an address or cancel the order, all with out your permission.

Then you have the fraud on the customer side. They come to your site, order some porn, masturbate and the call fraud on the charge 47 days later acting like they would never look at porn.

Historically porn is taboo, like prostitution due to HEALTH risks. Either you get a disease, spread a disease, or you partner finds out and kills you and them.

If you want change get involved locally and learn what your government is supposed to be doing. Work on getting them to do that and not what they are currently doing.
