In the end, most people say something is worth what someone will pay for it.

This is the BUYERS and losers way of looking at it.
Buyer wants you to think this, so you sell at THEIR price. Then you lose.

Something is worth what the seller agrees to sell it for.

I am willing to sell NUDE.com today for $4.5 million, TODAY! I think it is worth $14.5 million, for sure once I fix about 14-16 issues with the sites functionality.

I am not in a hurry but it needs fixed and I don't care enough to go do it, myself.

Only affects MY subdomains, not subdomains people are using. If you get a subdomain from me you are given separate hosting.
Thus separate functionality.
Unless you mess it up, no issues. I have had not issues with those subdomains.
The ssl issue did not affect them, etc. as they have their own.

I registered it, wish I was smart enough, back then, to register hundreds of thousand more than I did.
