Pondering Selling Network of Sites

If you sold your affiliate network and now looking to sell the 150 sites what is left, are you leaving the business or transitioning into mainstream.

No sites are left when these are sold .... just a variety of software, content, scripts etc...
But that is according to plan...I took on a high level job a while back + kept on some development freelancing tasks + had the paysites/content productions + the network of freesites ... slowly narrowing it to something reasonable

Smart people sell at the top of their game not when the sales are a fraction of what they were. Did you sell because of the new Mastercard rules?

The program was sold at a rather nice time & price, but it was put with the broker before the mastercard thing came out - though that shouldnt affect it in any way given all the exclusive content was fully documented including consent & publishing documents ... so no, that didnt factor in. As previously stated though running it alongside a new demanding job would likely have seen it go downhill had I kept it needs fulltime attention to stay prosperous...

The freesites are manageable on the side - to an extent - but I just dont monetize & build as much as I´d like due to the time constraints, so theyre up for "slow sales" if and when ...

I keep getting offers for sites individually and thats great - but how the hell does one price sites/networks given it cant really be done based on income (as that is fragmented to a thousand sources)... any ideas?

Income, traffic, expenses, domain names. All come into play when coming up with a price.
