When I feel down I get on forums and chat. Like right now I feel nothing is going well for me this year.

Lately I've been feeling like getting my affairs in order. 2 weeks ago I did a 6 minute walking test to check my oxygen saturation. After walking the hallway in a leisurely stroll for 3 minutes the doctor made me quit, sit and remove my mask. I had dropped to 80% and it wasn't safe to continue the test. I managed to cover 540 yards. Shit like this makes you reflective.

One time in Malta, I was at the villa and I saw a feral kitty in the back yard, so I gave it some bbq. ...Then the next day there were a lot of cats in the yard and no one knew why, and I never told anyone lol.

The advantage of a dog is they make you exercise and take them for walks, plus they make good guard dogs even if they bark when a stranger comes to your home. Not the reason I have a dog but 2 benefits to having a dog.

You can get low energy and feel unmotivated form a lack of vitamins, read up on vitamin deficiency. I have done quite a bit of reading on this topic for other reasons.
