how do some sites get archive.org to delete their site from the listing, just curious

You can put this at the end of robots to disallow it, but Archive doesn't always follow that.
User-agent: ia_archiver
Disallow: /

If you need it taken down completely, you can contact Archive about that. They'll probably ask you to prove ownership, too.
I've also heard of people doing DMCA takedowns to get their site completely removed from there.

Different reasons when someone buys a domain is an example. Like whitehouse.com, they're excluded from archive, probably because it was a porn site long ago. :p

I remember that site, along with babylonx , btw for the former site Archive.org returns

Stop looking for reps if they don't care why waste your time and traffic at their program, fuck that.

What I want is to remove the past screen shots of a domain I am looking to buy it was adult,why I asked the question is that I want to use it for non-adult.
