[BUSINESS] a question - rather 2 questions

[bill]

(Part A) https://www.online-image-editor.com/

click on "create canvas" (right side of page)

which gives width and height

can someone tell me if 850 is 8.5 inches and if 1100 is 11 inches ???

i don't know

i want to make a jpg to convert to pdf whose final output size will be 8.5x11 inches so that it can be printed in a printer

(Part B) will any pdf resize itself to fit on 8.5x11 paper if it is too large, or does pdf size need to match paper size ???

thanks

8.5 inches is 816 pixels, and 11 inches is 1056 pixels
