Just be sure that it's active and doesn't turn into things like FB where half of the auto-chat windows that come up when you go on a company page are ghosts and don't reply.. :p

this is why I dont have the live chats on my site and only use internally.

The problem I have with adding a live chat to my sites is I have to be there all the time to reply to people, otherwise it says "not available" which makes a site look bad.

Reading and understanding I can do.
I can edit to a point and create small beginner scripts.

Diagnose, install all of these things I can do.

I do not/can not/am not interested in generating professional advanced code.
