If you spend time working as an affiliate its not the hours you put in, its what you accomplish. If you're fairly new, it may take some time for things you do today to bear fruit.

If you're working as a camgirl then yeah, hours spent matter. There's a bunch of sites out there you just need to find the right fit for you and work it. Find your niche and build your clientele.

You have to hustle. Maybe try things like social media with pics and cam schedule for your fans, once in a while watch other cam girls who earn a lot and try to figure out why (it's not about looks), do some tests once in a while, make a blog, make a bunch of feeders with your cam as #1 linking to your show with your ref link, make money recruiting other models, etc.
Basically do some research and tests then scale up/repeat what works best and consistently.
