The weather really changed on Friday and this morning when I was walking my dog at 7am it was chilly and around 5 Celcius. This is Fall in real time now, snow is not far behind.

Good I hate the humid summer here in Montreal. I'll take the cold and snow even the ice storms any time over the crazy heat we have. This summer was rather too hot and sticky for me, give me 80F dry heat I am fine, but with humidity here as you know Candianchick, it turns out to feel like 100-110 some days.

Good point, a lot of people who have depression do not realize it and it gets worse.
