age verification and white label cam sites

Just to stay on the right side of the legal jungle, where there are mandatory age verification laws. If I am using my domain with a cam sponsor white label how is age verification handled. Is it my responsibility as the domain slash site owner or the sponsor to handle it.

The main sites always get the higher placement form my experience not so much their related white label offshoots.

That is handled by the sponsor you are using for your white label there is no way I can think of where you can do it.
