I won't mention his name but a friend of mine wrote to me that he did a barbecue at 3am last night. I have been known to get in my car drive to mcDonalds at 1am some times, but a barbecue is something else, good for him.

The worst thing to do is eat before going to sleep, that being said I munch of peanuts, chips and pretzels lying in bed watching a movie.
