Pretty much what happened. Iran talked big but in a few hours got their military attack capabilities and top military leadership plus nuclear scientists wiped out. If you want to talk big and have the means to defend and attack back is one thing, when you get cleaned out in a matter of hours then stop pretending to be tough and negotiate. I am never for war but one thing I will say is no one needs a nuclear power Iran. Not even iran because nukes can be used and they will lead to massive retaliation and the end of the region if not the world. It might sound harsh but lick your wounds, accept you got beat and do not escalate it any further. Iran has no chance against Israel and if Israel needs support the might of the US military is there for them. Call it a day, make a deal live in peace.

I say the same thing for Ukraine make peace, you are not going to beat Russia and make peace live in peace. The hard part for any country is accepting you got beat and now have to live with reality
