If Microsoft who owns both platforms has not figured out a way to move the Skype contacts to TEAMS then they have dropped the ball, maybe they have that feature and we have not seen it yet.
Somewhere I read that it say it just does it, but tired of the crap already.
Just another major fail by Microsoft IMHO!

I might not ever stop using Windows, but I certainly think about it often.
Other than that, if it is a Microsoft product, I only use them when clients require it.

I pick Google over Microsoft, but only because I have not learned that they are directly supporting and financing vaccines, buying up farm land (which includes livestock IMHO).
Although their participation in AI and military concerns me.

I will use skype until the day it stops working.

I wonder what they will do with the domain, use it or redirect to a MS site

A friend of mine here asked me yesterday afternoon what platform I would be switching to once Skype closes shop, and honestly I am going to stick to email and private messages here. First it was ICQ now Skype, I can live without these messengers.

My first attempt using Microsoft teams with a client that is considering moving from Skype to teams, went poorly.
She could not do things with Teams that she does with Skype. The instructions she found for Teams were not accurate, etc.

We ended up moving back to Skype to complete our conversation.

Also her Skype contacts were not imported into Team. Yes, she used the same login for both.

Skype is important for my communication with reps so I will have to switch to Teams.

I already use Whatsapp as a secondary for business and Signal as a secondary for personal and business.
Easier to receive NUDE pictures on signal. woman feel more secure when sending on Signal.

I have telegram, I think I only have catfish on it.

Will it hurt your business not having Skype?
