A second federal judge on Wednesday blocked President Donald Trump’s executive order that seeks to end birthright citizenship, saying it’s likely unconstitutional and “runs counter to our nation’s 250-year history of citizenship by birth.”

The nationwide preliminary injunction from US District Judge Deborah Boardman is a significant ruling against Trump’s Day 1 order, which was swiftly met with legal challenges and put on hold days later by a separate judge.

The order “conflicts with the plain language of the 14th Amendment, contradicts 125-year old binding Supreme Court precedent and runs counter to our nation’s 250-year history of citizenship by birth,” Boardman said during a hearing on Wednesday. "

Everything we are seeing right now is what was in project 2025.

One of the main points of project 2025 was to expand the power of the Presidency by getting rid of career civil servants and replacing them with Trump loyalists and that's exactly what we are seeing

Trump wants to fire the Chairman of the Fed so he can dictate interest rates for his own benefit (every president would love to be able to lower interest rates regardless of inflation, especially in a run up to an election). He sacked the head of the office of job statistics because he didn't like the job numbers they produced in July. Well guess what, August was even worse !. He's got rid of thousands of renowned scientists from the CDC, all with years of experience in communicable diseases and replaced them with MAGA cronies that buy into RFK's conspiracy theories. They've even withdrawn funding for MRNA vaccines.....you know, that miracle vaccine from Pfeizer that saved millions of people from Covid

Whether they will take the step of banning porn remains to be seen but so far, they are following project 2025 to the letter
