Adding live chat support to a website (not adult site)

Hey

Morning people I'm getting into a new site with a friend , not adult and what I want is a live chat solution , not some support link that leads to frequently answered question. What idea do you have that are reasonably priced.

Too many sites have abandoned live chat support, not just talking adult but in general.

One thing about outsourcing support is they have to be able to read off a script of questions and answers. A lot of the time these third party support persons give canned answers and you get no where.

At the very minimum have an email contact that gets replied to in a timely fashion.

I'm fine with out sourced live support if they can answer question correctly not give run around answers that do nothing.

Most sites with so called "Live chat" ask you to leave your question, name and email and they will get back to you llf4532 so it is not really live chat.
