When they say non-alcohol how is the alcohol removed from it?

I drink both the Heineken and Becks zero alcohol ones and they are the best tasting and closest to the alcohol variety beers. I have tried a few others and they really are not to my taste.

I never do and I don't keep offering friends food when they come over for dinner, I say feel at home and not pester them to have another piece of this or that, I let everyone be comfortable.
