Yeah it's all sorted out now and working correctly as if by magic... hmmm... I still never received any response from them though at all, as long as it fucking works then that does not bother me.

I noticed one thing with Cosmo if there is a service related problem such as their verification system is fucked or such like you wont get a response from them probably because they have 1000's of emails all asking the same questions..... but if everything system wise is working ok on their end and you have a problem then yeah you will get a response within about 24 hours.
