I cant see how they can rule against Pornhub WITHOUT setting a legal precedent for EVERY other social media site ( porn or mainstream. )

That includes facebook, twitter, instagram etc. The fact that Pornhub is adult content is irrelevannt.

If the site allows users to share or upload content then they could be held LEGALLY liable for any pic or video that a user happens to share.

Imagine the flood of lawsuits that would create ???? Anybody could just say they were drunk when someone took that picture and they could sue facebook !!

It would be the end of social media and thats simply NOT going to happen. The rest of the world wouldn't stand for it regardless of what the court says

I am so annoyed that receiving the same videos through Tube Site Submitter. Same content, sometimes little bit different scene from the same video and different site in watermark.
