Good Monday January 30th had my first cup of decaf Nescafe coffee and smoke so the brain is starting to wake up.

call this the busiest of Mondays in a long time first my serve was at 11x load average,that took my techies 2 hours back and forth to remedy then my girlfriend called to say she had tested positive for you know what, I have no symptoms so far and we were together all weekend.So i dashd out bought groceries and supplies for the 2 of us for a week in case I come down with it too. Just taking a breather and time off from everything until the food arrives. Ubereats is one trick service when you want to stay home and get food delivered.

Here we go some of us have a blood test at 6.45am and on top of hat I am fasting since 6.45pm last night,I can not sleep when I am hungry.
