Supraventricular tachycardia (SVT)

Hey any of you have or know someone who has Supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) ?

I was getting mild chest pain, palpitations and anxiety attacks, I went to the doctor last week and he sent me to a cardiologist who did some tests and said I have SVT.

For now I am on a medication but he said I might need some surgery.

I have heard of it and they freeze or is it they burn a part of the heart muscle to prevent it form happening again, not sure exactly which one.

A relative of mine has it, in short it's a fast eating heart caused by bad electrical signals. He has had catheter ablation twice, and now he seems fine. The term they used was "cryoablation."

One of my cousins has had SVT since he was about 33, he gets is mostly when working out in the gym, I told him many times if that is when it happens stop working out so hard but he will not listen to me.
