Yep thats the problem with this case. If he had been a normal member of the public, his name couldn't have been published unless and until he was found guilty in a court of law

But in this case, his complainants didnt go to the police, they went to the press which means the press can then plaster his name all over the place

His career is over before any evidence has even been heard.

Dont get me wrong, if he's guilty then he deserves whatever he gets but if he's proven innocent then his entire life has been torn apart for nothing

My position on people who get accused of rape or any sexual crime, no make this all crimes. They need their chance in court not in the media to clear their name. If a judge or jury finds them guilyt of said charges they deserve to pay the penalty. If they are not found guilty they should get an apology form those individuals who made the claim(s).

Next no one should be made to lose their work, business or income over a claim, once proven guilty (if they are) then sure thing take away their channel, advertising revenue, income form their ads......
