Any suggestions for either a free or paid programs that will batch process images, resize them and water mark them at the same time?

What is the best option to do both with one software?

Ive been using Thumbs Plus from http://www.cerious.com/ for years

Its an excellent batch processor and will do pretty much everything (including resize and watermark)
