here is a problem, most of the time people do not even know they are sick and have cancer until it has become areal problem.

They are showing signs of metastatic regress but it's too early to say something until control MRI. With cancer also - what worked before could lose its power later.
So guys make check-ups please. Best way to fight it catch it early.

I would say medicine and we as a society lost that fight.
