It really depends what type of traffic it is, if it is real or fake, bots or humans, did they click on a link to your site or just randomly got there.

I understand. I am trying to focus on better traffic. Which is why I am trying to understand why I should let china traffic circulate on my pages? If I block China my traffic quality should go up correct?

At what point to you start monetizing? ASAP! is when you start monetizing.
You dont want to wait for a spike and then monetize.
You want the monetization in place before the spike.

As for the Tier one countries. I assume if you are working on your China traffic you have monetized your tier one traffic, already.
Too many people assume people are stupid and have not opened the door before they carry a heavy box to the car.
Too many people need a doorman and a dolly and someone else to use the dolly to move the heavy box.
@Zug I have given you the benefit of the doubt that you have already managed the monetization of your traffic.
China makes me money regularly. Some months just enough to pay for hosting.

If we are strictly talking about traffic from China then for RevShare it is useless. Similar amount of traffic from India is way more valuable when we are speaking of conversion.
