Number one choice get your own merchant account, save money. All thrid party processors charge way too much for the sheep who are either unable or do not have the choice to get their own MA.

Have you tried to get your own account, it's next to impossible in adult I have 2 contacts who run pay sites and they both went through hoops and one eventually got it, it's still costing him 12% if you include the gateway and per transaction fees.

We've had our own merchant account for the last 10 years or so. The rates are way better than you'll get with any 3rd party biller. Typically you would be looking at between 5% - 7%

So long as you have a reasonable turnover and low chargebacks, they don't have a problem with adult
