What do I do if it feels like my spine and both shoulders are broken and I can't turn my head more than an inch or so before it hurts? Part of my spine is sticking out where it shouldn't be.. :/

Yeah, still hurts and I did it in February lol. So... I found my old snowboard, but I haven't used it in so long that the bindings were stiff and basically shattered all the way to just having the metal shell (old school style, no plates) and straps broke, so I just put my shoes in and did my best lol. It worked ok until I went over a couple bumps that I didn't see because it was dark out.
