I'd say it's international now, pan European precisely speaking.

Jeez it was not a trick question or one to be ashamed of, are the owner(s) Russian or located in Russia or not. I am not looking to avoid a Russian program just wanted to know. Why do so many Russians in this business avoid saying they are Russian or play games with offshore registered businesses and accounts.
