How much of a hosting company's expenses are tech support, not looking to get your personal information, as a general rule how much does it cost to run managed servers and tech support.

I do a lot of the tech support myself so not a ton , it varies month to month tho some months spend more some less.

I figured out years ago was cheaper to own servers when I was running cj sites.

So I ended up selling webhosting to others slowly over time,
