The human body has evolved over millions of years, nothing is redundant or unnecessary, you need your organs to function and live a health long life. Yes they can remove one kidney you can get along with the other one, but you can't live without your liver . The only other organ you can get away without is your brain, at least that is what I believe is true, otherwise how do so many people survive without ever making logical and rational decisions.
