Hot wings. Nice and messy. Why does my nose start itching as soon as I get all my fingers covered in sauce? It takes determination to get the mess out from under my nails afterwards. Lol

I love hot wings and barbecue flavoured pork ribs, but avoid both now because of my diabetes. The local grocery store makes killer buffalo wings and ribs, my son brought some over for his diner on Sunday. I could eat them all and he asked me before buying , dad you want some I said no go enjoy hem. But ribs are another one of those foods that I can not eat without using a quite a few pieces of kitchen towel. Forget Kleenex I used to go for the kitchen towels. The good old days when I wold eat everything I liked without caring how it would affect my diabetes.
