Always let them hotlink your banner. That way you can change/update it whenever you like plus i wouldnt be surprised if it gives you a bit of SEO benefit

Now I like the hotlink my banner more, I will have new banners made every 6 months and change them my end. Great idea.

I offer trades all the time, either I do not get the link back or few contact me about it.

I would give a select few access to post articles that plug their own sites, should they link to specific posts on their sites and not their homepage.

Trading has all but disappeared, the ones I find are either shitty sites or have malware on them.
