It is an obvious one for any country but its open to all kinds of legal issues

For example, lets say I was at a concert and filming it with my phone and later I posted that video on Youtube. That means that ANYBODY in that video could say that they didnt give their consent to be filmed and sue me.

I agree, NO porn should be posted without the woman's consent but when does a video become porn ???? Think of the millions of videos shared on social media every day. How do you decide which of those videos need the persons consent and which dont ???
