My email login was changed and now I can not get in

What the hell my email login was changed and my Skype login, I can not get in, if any one gets an email or skype message from me it is not me, working on trying to recover them but without access to my email I can't seem to do much, I use it for everything including my sponsors.

When you setup the email account didn't you have some security question to use in case of a forgotten password, try that.

If you have another email address use it or get a new one on a domain you own, change the email and password on all sites you used the old email, do it asap.

Stop using third party email accounts, use @ your domain so you have control over it.

Did you get to the bottom of it and were you able to recover your login?

Phishing seems a likely culprit just delete the emails
