We have 'etransfer' you can send money from your bank account to another Canadian bank account instantly, the fee is only 1$ per transfer it is similar to a paypal transfer for a lot less money, Do you have a similar service in your country?

We dont have etransfer but personal banking in the UK is free. So we can 'ping' money from one UK account to another within seconds and its all free of charge. Thats only for personal banking though, business banking costs way more. Average £15 - £20 per transfer and it can take up to 4 days
