Paris Summer 2024 the Olympics

Will you be going to the Olympics, will you be watching it or don;t you care. I have so many points on my AirMiles I am thinking of going to Paris for 10 days. I always wanted to see France and this might be a good opportunity.

The Olympics as all international sporting events is a political statement for some countries

The LA one wil be good for the local economy and make traffic even more of a nightmare than it already is.

I never got excited about the Olympics to be honest, half the time some country is banned or boycotts it. Football is my thing so I watch the World Cup.

I always wanted to see France and Italy but with the olympics I think everything will be more expensive, I'll wait for another time.

The only thing these games are good for are the local businesses who get tourists and sell more goods and services.

Some shopping, good French food sounds a good thing,I'll check on flight and hotel prices, why not go see Paris and the Olympics, kill 2 birds with one trip.

My friend was in Paris on work and said the hotel room was tiny had no air conditioning and cost $370 a night.
