I actually got a response from Paxum a few days back concerning needing to submit a third form of ID ffs

Not heard back, she is one of the worst reps at any company I have ever dealt with period. I couldn't careless what she does but when you reach out to a rep they should at the bare minimum have the manners to reply to you even if to say they have no fucking clue what the answer is to the question. I emailed her on April 13th about another Paxum post, she never bothered to reply to it or me. Why they keep her on is beyond me.

At least Michael Olsen aka Keyser Soze used to reply on the board and email with some bullshit answer about Epassporte and funds stuck in it.

That's bollocks ! it takes 5 mins tops to either accept or reject the documents submitted, card printing 2 min if they are doing it themselves that includes inputting the name the software assigns the rest, delivery yeah that can take a long while but not as long as this has been...
