what is with the dmca spam scam lately

I am getting fake dmca take down scam emails every which way I turn since late July. Are these people stupid sending them out with no idea who and what site they are targeting.
Any of you getting this shit?

If I had a buck for every time I had a fake DMCA email I would be retired in the Bahamas living the good life. Fact that I do not use any content is why I do not care about these scam emails.

im not going to say. some people file them but they are fake reporting. i remember sum years back those stupid whore cam models were filing to have pics removed. they also used the tactic i mention. im not going to skool u on it.
