correct! it's an archive of data. the new stuff on top. a news station like ex. fox has hella deep indexed links and new shit daily.

It doesn't mean that google will crawl it any faster but if you have pages with time sensetive information on it then yes, you should update your page title to reflect that

Infact if you know a bit of scripting, one trick you can do is include the current year in your page titles. For example https://www.tacamateurs.com/sites/kimberly-scott/ and xhamster also do it https://xhamster.com/pornstars/alyx-star

It wont improve your ranking but it can really boost your click thrus (which does improve your ranking)

ok I think we are talking about different things here. I know in some WP sites, the page title can be part of the URL. Im NOT suggesting you should put the date in the URL as your right, that would fix it in googles database

What we and other sites do is the URL remains the same, its just the page title tag that changes each year. If you open either of these URLs and look at the browser tab at the top of your screen, you will see they include 2023 as the current year

When googling, a LOT of users will pay attention to the date (if there is one) so by having at least the current year in your page title, you can boost your click thrus
