How do I tell my girlfriend I have panic attacks
I had them years ago and now I have them once a week, how do I tell my girlfriend without her thinking I'm a mental case.

I would tell her it is not anything to be shy or ashamed of. You experience panic attacks so what, it is not as if you killed a guy. Be open and honest with her, hell I tell everyone here when I get a colonoscopy or about my diabetes. That is life.

She might be able to help you if she knows about it.

No wonder people break up they have trouble telling their partner the simplest of things.

It is easy to say when you are not in that relationship.
