Absolutely 100% the right call. Why should race affect your admission to college, it should be based on your grades not because you happen to be born with a certain skin color. The same should apply to hiring of employees, may the best individual get the job not because of their skin color, sex or anything else except for their qualifications.

Let me give an example I was looking for a designer a couple of weeks ago, you know what I wanted a great design, not because it was a man or woman, not because if he was white,black, Asian, Hispanic........
