Auto download cpanel backups to my laptop

[Affman]

How can this be setup, every night at 2am my server backups the sites, how can I set it up so I get a copy of the backup to my laptop, looking to automate it, any clues. My guess I will need some scripting on my laptop, the rest I am not sure about.

There is a function in CPanel to download the backups I know this as I have it set up by my host to send it to my 2nd account.
