My friends accused me of having OCD because I have to put everything in the right place, if I take a some thing out of the cupboard when I am finished it has to go back in ti's place. When I take my clothes off I have to put it in the clothes basket not leave it lying around. They told me this afternoon I have OCD, is this what OCD is?

No! Being proper and clean and somewhat of a perfectionist is NOT OCD.

OCD = Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a common, chronic, and long-lasting disorder in which a person has uncontrollable, reoccurring thoughts ("obsessions") and/or behaviors ("compulsions") that he or she feels the urge to repeat over and over.

If putting things where they belong is OCD then what does a librarian do for a living?

As Zug said it is not OCD because if it is then we both have it. You described my own ways, everything is in the right place, I do not like living in a messy or untidy home. Tell your friends to look and learn not criticizes you.

Nope that does not sound OCD to me tell them to mind their own business.
Stop looking for reps if they don't care why waste your time and traffic at their program, fuck that.

it sounds like it could be a little ocd to me

that is not necessarilly a bad thing

a little ocd never hurt anyone

I have a friend who has OCD for years and her case is way way more serious than just being a tidy person. She would give her right arm to have your problem and not hers.
